Aurevix uses advanced AI to analyze job descriptions and identify key keywords, skills, and requirements that ATS systems scan for. It then automatically tailors your resume to match these keywords while maintaining authenticity and readability. This ensures your resume passes ATS filters and reaches human recruiters.
Yes. We take data privacy seriously. If you upload a resume, it may be sent once to our AI provider (OpenAI) for structured data extraction only. After that, we use the extracted data in our systems for resume generation—we do not repeatedly send your raw resume to AI services. We do not use your personal data to train any AI models.
If you prefer not to have your resume processed by AI at all, you can manually enter your information instead of uploading a file. For full details, see our Privacy Policy.

Yes. You can upload an existing resume (PDF, DOC, or DOCX) for one-time AI extraction, or enter your information manually in our forms. Both options produce the same ATS-optimized resumes. Choosing manual entry means your data is never sent for AI parsing.
You can have up to 15 active tailored resumes at a time. Each is customized for a specific job. Older resumes can be archived to free space for new ones; archived resumes are retained for a limited time. See your Resumes page for details.
We support PDF, DOC, and DOCX file formats for resume uploads. Our AI can extract information from any of these formats. The generated resumes are always provided as professional PDF files that are ATS-friendly and ready to submit.
Typically, a tailored resume is generated in 60 seconds or less. The process involves analyzing the job description, matching keywords, optimizing content, and formatting the PDF. You'll receive a notification once your resume is ready for download.
Yes! You can edit any generated resume to make adjustments. After editing, the system will regenerate the PDF with your changes. This allows you to fine-tune your resume for each specific application while maintaining ATS optimization.
